Attend the conference live from the comfort of your home. Log in to our easy to use and interactive virtual event platform, view on-demand presentations, participate in live Q & A sessions with our presenters, network with other attendees, play games, create relationships, be part of discussions and access all content for 150 days after the conference. The virtual conference includes all sessions recorded during the conference weekend.

The conference is intended for parents, birth professionals and birth enthusiasts.

Attendees of the virtual conference receive access to either the 1-Day Parent Conference OR the 3-Day Professional Conference presentations. All attendees will receive our virtual swag bag with gifts and specials from our friends and sponsors.

Access to the online event space will be sent out in October. Prior to the start of the conference, attendees are encouraged to log into the Virtual Event Platform and ensure they have a stable internet connection and troubleshoot prior to the conference start date. There are additional FAQ’s for technical difficulties located on the Help Tab within the Virtual Event Platform.

You will receive a confirmation email with details about the event. Watch for additional emails from Spinning Babies® with updates and an invitation to the platform in October. Add info@spinningbabies.com and conference@spinningbabies.com to your accepted email addresses to ensure you receive the conference communications!

You will retain access to all materials on the platform from the beginning of the conference to March 16, 2023.

The virtual conference begins on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 9am CST.

• Refund requests received before July 15, 2022 will be refunded in full.
• Refund requests received between July 16, 2022- September 1, 2022 will be refunded, less a $50 fee.
• No refunds will be provided on or after September 2, 2022.

No, we are unable to fulfill substitution requests. See number 9 for information on refund requests. 

Please include the contact information on the registration form for the person who will be attending the conference sessions. For professional registration, please note that accurate contact and professional information must be provided upon registration in order for attendees to be eligible for earning continuing education hours. Spinning Babies®️ is unable to make substitutions or change personal data on the documents of attendance after registration closes. 

Maternity House Publishing, dba Spinning Babies®, is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The 2022 Virtual Confluence has been approved to provide up to 25 hours of Continuing Professional Development in midwifery antepartum and intrapartum nursing. This activity’s Continuing Education is valid for a period of 3 years, from October 16, 2022 until October 16, 2025. CE’s are based on a Post-Test passing score of 80% or higher.

*All professionals desiring to earn continuing education through attendance at this conference must provide professional license numbers and information upon registration.

**AAFP CME application submitted and pending status**

Attendees who show attendance at and pass the post-tests with at least an 80% passing rate will be able to access information and certificates related to their earned CEs through the online event platform. Attendees will have the opportunity to download their certificates from the platform until March 16, 2023.

Yes. The Spinning Babies® 2022 World Confluence Equity Seat application will open on May 2, 2022 and we will accept applications through June 20, 2022. Partial and full Equity Seats for the Professional and Parent Conferences will be offered to BIPOC birth professionals and Parents.

The Spinning Babies® World Confluence expands upon the concepts introduced in our workshops with global perspectives from birthing professionals and experts. The collective enrichment experience of being together with like-minded attendees creates relationships that extend well beyond the conference. A virtual conference is an intimate experience, where you can have a front row seat and have direct conversations with each speaker, which increases your knowledge and understanding of the materials presented in their session.
